If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact sales@thirdmanrecords.com. Returns and Exchanges are on a case by case basis. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Returns of items more than thirty days after date of receipt will not be accepted. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Third Man Records is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Unfortunately, we can not control the manner in which the shipping service handles your product.
